orient做動詞和orientate沒什麽區別，在牛津字典裏面，orientate這壹詞條，寫BrE=orientorient to/towards sb/sth，通常用被動式，意思是面向、面對、朝向、確定方向、使適應。orientated做過去分詞；orientated是現在分詞；orientating是第三人稱單數。
例子：
