effect的用法說明 ：
壹、effect用作名詞1.effect表示“對……的影響”,其後通常接介詞 on,upon.如：The film had quite an effect on her（這影片對她影響極大）。Her speech has produced little effect on the listeners（她的演講沒對聽眾產生什麽影響）。
二、effect用作動詞effect也可以用作動詞,表示“實現”,“進行”。如：Rose tried to effect a reconciliation（羅斯試圖進行和解）。We hope to effect an improvement（我們希望取得改進）。
