含義解釋
1、rather than 英[?rɑ?(r) n] 美[?r?r n]?
解釋： 而不是; 而不;
2、other than 英[(r) n] 美[r n]?
解釋： 除了…以外，除外; 不同，不同於，不;
相同點：都是詞組
不同點：rather than的意思是“而不是”。後可跟名詞、代詞或動詞。other than意思是“除了；不同於”。
用法區別
rather than用作連詞，連接兩個平行結構。既可以表示主觀願望上的決擇，“與其…寧可…”，也可以表示客觀程度上的差異，“與其說是…不如說是…”。
other than? , 表示“不同於”意思時，other than 組成的短語在句中可作表語；?“不是”?“並非”，?表示這壹意思時，other than 組成的短語在句中可作定語。
