可以看出來 這個更新是為了解決安裝Service Pack的時候出現"0xC0000034"錯誤而放出的 如果妳安裝SP1後沒有出現這個錯誤 那麽可以暫時不裝 因為文章給出了問題的原因：

妳的電腦可能在安裝SP1後死機或者重新啟動並出現黑屏 顯示"0xc0000034"的錯誤信息

原因是 在安裝SP1並且沒有重啟前 妳又安裝了其他的更新 或者 Windows Update Service安裝SP1的同時也安裝了別的更新
不過因為可能會影響到以後更新的安裝 所以推薦還是裝上的好 畢竟是重要等級的
