絕對正確!!但是有兩點，妳要註意：
1. 妳必須完全在跟別人的口語對話中這樣說出來，應為很多外國人都是這樣說的，相當壹部分英語在口語中根本不太究其語法。妳的這個用法，英語國家的人經常這麽用。
2.medium build 和averge height 壹般不在壹起用。因為medium huild 已經隱含身高的意思了。但是如果妳想著重強調壹下妳的身高，也不是不可以。
語法正確的組合說法不壹壹枚舉：
I have (the) average height and (a) medium build.
I am of average height and have (a) medium build.
build 和 height 都是可數和不可數名詞，前面加不加冠詞都可以。of 後面沒有the和a
