MIG, a 12-year-old Mexican boy from a shoemaker's family, grew up with a musical ability, but music was banned by his family. They thought they were cursed by music.
MIG secretly pursued music dream, because touched a guitar and set foot on the undead land.
Every year on the Day of the Dead, dead families return to the world to be reunited, but no one ever goes to the world of the dead.
MIG was amazed by the buautiful undead land,but what made him most surprised was that he saw his mather and ancesters in the undaed land.
And the families want to resend him to the world.

《尋夢環遊記》靈感來源於墨西哥傳統節日“亡靈節”，亡在墨西哥人的眼中，死亡才是生命的最高意義，生與死互為補充才完成了壹個生命周期，因此，每年的亡靈節，墨西哥人會祭奠亡靈，卻絕無悲哀，甚至載歌載舞，通宵達旦，紀念與逝去親人***同歡度這壹年壹度的團聚時刻。
