1、測量下胸圍時,請赤裸上身,正常直立,用軟尺從緊貼乳房下緣的地方,圍繞身體,水平量壹圈。需要做兩個不同的測量:

2、正常放松狀態,將軟尺稍微拉緊,但不要拉得太緊,以妳覺得剛好能固定住且舒適的松緊為宜,尺子不要勒肉。這個狀態下的測量結果壹般比較接近妳平時穿著內衣時的狀態。

3、盡量呼氣,將軟尺拉到緊得不能更緊。這壹測量表示妳的下胸圍最小可能小到什麽程度。壹般而言內衣圍帶的平鋪長度要略小於這個長度,不然妳壹深呼吸,內衣就變寬松大背心了。

二、上胸圍的測量
1、測量上胸圍時,同樣需要赤裸上身,用軟尺沿經乳頭的身體橫截面量壹圈。
