Knock knock 是敲門的聲音, who's there? 是問"是誰?"
在knock knock who's there jokes 裏,knock knock who's there就是壹些對話上的誤解笑話的開場白.
例如在說故事開始時都會說
"Once upon a time, there was a lovely little girl in a quiet village...." (從前在壹條寧靜的鄉村裏面有壹個可愛的小女孩....)
