《You raise me up》由新世紀音樂樂隊神秘園（Secret Garden）創作並於2001年發行於專輯《Once in a Red Moon》中。由Brendan Graham作詞，Rolf L?vland作曲，Brian Kennedy和Tracy Campbell***同演唱。
《You Raise Me Up》由在挪威音樂界享有盛譽，曾為不同的音樂家擔任作曲、監制並身兼鍵盤師、神秘園的兩位主要成員之壹的羅爾夫·拉夫蘭作曲。當羅爾夫閱讀了愛爾蘭作家兼詞人布蘭登·格瑞翰所著的暢銷小說《最白的花》後，頗受感動，力邀布蘭登為曲子填詞。
2001年，神秘園發行的《遊憶紅月》（Once in a Red Moon）專輯中收入此歌，由當時做客於神秘園的愛爾蘭歌手《大河之舞》（Riverdance）的主唱布來恩·肯尼迪（Brian Kennedy）和黑人靈樂歌手翠茜·坎柏奈勛(Tracy Campbell-Nation)擔綱演唱，並在愛爾蘭和挪威熱銷。
此歌曾在紐約市紀念911的儀式上為彰顯消防員英勇救人的事跡而唱響，其時，這個專輯尚未在美國發行。隨後，美國各家電臺、電視臺不斷播放此歌長達壹年之久，據稱超過50萬次以上。
