英語好像沒有某個單詞可以很好地描述“難言之隱”這個意思，secret是最接近的，但只體現出隱私這層意思，“難言”沒有表達出來，可以對比secret的幾個同義詞，stealthy，covert，clandestine，furtive，surreptitious，underhand
另外外教給了幾個比較地道的表達方法：
最好不要說出來的東西：something that is better left unsaid
藏著的秘密：have skeletons in one's closet
他守口如瓶：He is biting his tongue.
他有難言之隱還可以這樣講：
"He keeps it under his hat".
"He keeps it close to his chest".
雖然不如中文那樣貼切，但老外能理解是什麽意思。
