世界貿易組織，簡稱世貿組織。1994年4月15日，在摩洛哥的馬拉喀什市舉行的關貿總協定烏拉圭回合部長會議決定成立更具全球性的世界貿易組織 ，以取代1947年訂立的關稅及貿易總協定。
世界貿易組織是當代最重要的國際經濟組織之壹， 擁有164個成員國，成員貿易總額達到全球的98%，有經濟聯合國之稱。2019年10月25日，韓國政府宣布，在以後的世貿組織談判中不再要求享受發展中國家優惠。
