DinoJelusic出生於1992年6月4日，來自歐洲的壹個小國家——克羅地亞,自幼就是壹位才貌雙全的小男孩,Dino的父母都是搞音樂的，Dino專輯中就有不少歌曲是他父親所創作的。Dino他父親是彈吉他的，他母親是吹長笛的，而Dino跟他的妹妹就彈鋼琴。在2歲就會演唱他所喜愛的歌手的所有歌曲,幼稚園時的各種表演就讓大家發現他的音樂才華,他5歲就已經擁有生平第壹次的電視音樂秀的登臺經驗,並且受邀參加各種演出,其中有幾首自創歌曲更是獲得過音樂獎項!2003年11歲的他代表克羅地亞參加JESC（全歐洲少年歌手大賽）眾望所歸的讓他脫穎而出而得到冠軍,他有著俊秀的外表和具有爆發力的嗓音,除了詞曲皆出自他自己,壹開頭的鋼琴旋律即是由Dino自行包辦伴奏,也因為這次的比賽,他壹夕成名成為第壹位贏得JESC比賽的兒童,精彩的舞臺表演吸引了許多歌迷,並且他已經有了自己的官方網站,個人專輯"No.1"更是發行了克羅地亞版和國際英語版兩種版本。值得壹提的是，其中還有幾首歌曲是Dino他自己所創作的！他為數不多的幾首慢歌也頗具味道。

Intheageof5,5,Iwenttoauditionfor"TurboLimachShow",thebestchildrenshowonCroatianTV,wherechildrensinglive.From5700participantstheyselected64andIwasoneofthem.Iwoninthefirstroundwitharocksong(Gibonni),theninthesemifinal(16singers)withthesongofTonyCetinski"Zbognje".(ToniCetinskiwasourrepresentativeonEurocontestafewyearsago).
IdidfantasticliveappearanceonstageinthebigfinalinFebruary1999(only3singersand1dancegroup)whichopenedmepossibilitytosingonalotofplaces.Mr.TonyCetinskicongratulatedmeforperformanceofhissong,andcalledmetosingwithhimonarevivalnightofCroatianEurosongcontest(reservedforallCroatianwinnersinpastyears).DressedlikeTony,withthesamehairstyleasTony's,Igotattentiontotherepresentativesofmedia,andwasinallnewspapersandafewTVshows.

InJuly2000,IwonsingingcontestorganizedbyMcDonald'sCroatia;inthegreatfinalIwasthebestof30competitorswith60maximalpoints.
InJanuary2001,IparticipatedthefinaloftheCroatianfestival"Dorica"inOpatijaandfewdaysletter,Iwon3rdprizeonINFinCairo-Egypt.
