Customer can't reply me, what should I do ？

In the past several days, I tried to contact with the foreign customer. He still can't reply my calls or email. I said to myself, the customer is busy so he isn't convinent to reply me. In fact, I feel failed. I have no working experience, I have no patiene to go on, I want to stick on , the fact can't allow me to go on.
