附件英文是Annex。
附件，指隨同文件發出的有關文件或物品；組成機器、器械的某些零件，部件。
也指女性生理器官。在子宮左右兩側的的輸卵管和卵巢，統稱為"子宮附件"，簡稱"附件"。而其中輸卵管又分為輸卵管狹部、輸卵管壺腹部、輸卵管傘部。輸卵管：是壹條長而彎曲的管道。根據其構造和功能，由前向後依次。
分為五部分：漏鬥部，中央有輸卵管腹腔口，邊緣薄呈傘狀。膨大部或稱蛋白分泌部，是最長最彎曲的部分。峽部，為膨大部後方的縮細部分。子宮部，擴大成囊狀，壁較厚。陰道部，變細彎曲成"S"形，後端開口於泄殖腔的左側。卵巢：生理功能器官，其中有處於不同發育時期的卵泡，卵巢表面密布血管。卵巢的大小與年齡和產卵期有關。
