通知，英文中稱為notice，是向特定對象告知或轉達有關事項、讓其知道或執行的應用文。
通知的格式包括三部分：標題、正文、簽名。
標題需要在第壹行居中位置寫Notice，註意首字母N大寫；正文每行縮進四個字母，分兩段或三段；簽名按題目要求，讓我們簽誰就簽誰。
