I, XXX, being of lawful age and being first duly sworn, deposes and states as follows:

1. I am over 18 years of age, and I have personal knowledge of the facts set forth in this Affidavit.

4. At the time of the execution of this Affidavit I am living at home in China.
在執行本宣誓書期間，本人住在中國的家裏。
20. He told me “ My car is already fucked up, I will fix it ” and he did not report any new damage to me. As he had driven away I could not inspect his vehicle at that time.
他告訴我：“我的車已經撞壞了，我會修理的”，而且他並沒有告知我有任何新的損傷。當他駕車離開時，我沒能檢查他的車。
28. When I went to Court for not having insurance the State of Wyoming dismissed the citation based upon the information in paragraph No. 27 above. 2
