have的過去式和過去分詞都是had，但是具體應用有區別。
1. 表示過去用過去式：We had a meeting yesterday .(發生在過去)。
2. 表示現在完成（助動詞的現在式+過去分詞）：We have had a meeting just now.(雖然發生在過去，卻對現在產生了影響，即會議的進程在說話時依然清晰可見)。
3. 表示過去完成（助動詞的過去式+過去分詞）：We told him we had had a meeting the day before yesterday.（發生在told的過去，即過去的過去）。
