have gone to和have been to的區別如下：
1、have gone to，第三人稱時用 has gone to
have gone to+地點意為 ”某人去了某地,現在還沒有回來,可能在去的途中或已經到了目的地”?
例He has gone to Shanghai. 他到上海去了（言下之意是他現在不在這裏，可能是在去上海的路上，也可能已經在上海了）

2、have been to，第三人稱時用has been to
have been to+地點意為 ”某人曾經去過某地,此時已回來”, 常與twice, several times, ever, never teacheray.com等詞連用。
