將組合電臺收，發天線設置好
社工作種類為F1B，選擇DSC頻率，調諧發射機。
編輯DSC電文1。 呼叫類型：壹般是單臺呼叫
2． 被呼叫臺號碼：9位
3． 優先等級：SAFETY
4. 隨後通訊方式：無線電話或無線電傳
5． 約定後續通訊頻率如果呼叫船臺可不建議通信頻道岸臺將指定空閑工作頻道
4． 發送DSC呼叫，選“RQ”接收臺收到後發揮壹個帶“RQ”的DSC受托序列然後轉到指定的工作方式和工作頻率上進行通訊。
