但是就我的理解，nursing and physical therapy其實是nursing therapy and physical therapy，但是這樣therapy這個此重復出現了2次，在英文寫作中不夠專業，所以就把nursing後面的therapy給去掉了。

中文裏面其實也有這樣的表達，比如人力和財力資源，是指人力資源和財力資源。
