都有開始的意思。但first of all 可以解釋為首先，它後面可以接the second,the third ,表示壹，二，三的意思。而to begin with解釋為開始，是從那壹該開始的意思。如果在壹個句中兩個詞的意思都意為開始，而不是順序，那麽兩者可以互換。
