dominate與control區別

就我理解,dominate壹般常用的有兩種含義,壹是支配=control,另壹個是占優勢/占主導地位.

所以意思比control廣.另外,dominate可以做及物或不及物動詞用,而control壹般做及物動詞.

例如：

The stronger man dominates/controls the weaker.

強者支配弱者.

Sports,and not learning,seem to dominate in the school.

似乎是運動而不是學習在那所學校占重要地位.
