尤其是在我們出境旅遊的過程中，但凡敢開口說，英語溝通起來其實真的並不難。再不濟英語實在不好的，50%的口語加上50%的肢體語言也完全可以搞定。
以下為旅行中實用英語，只需1小時學習，幾乎能夠應對旅行中90%的事情啦！
假設妳選擇的是國外航空公司，同時該公司沒有中文服務人員。如果選擇的是國航等，那就不用考慮托運行李，飛機上的英語了。
- 遞給對方護照和機票，對方可能會問：
How many luggages are you checking in? （有多少件托運行李？）
Do you have a carry on? （有手提行李沒？）
Can you place your baggage up here? （請把行李放上來(傳送帶/小盒子)）
- 辦票前可能會問：
Do you prefer window or aisle? （想靠窗還是靠走廊）如果對方不問妳，但是妳想找個靠窗座位，可以說
Can I have a seat closest to the window?
- 最後，對方給妳登機牌，會告訴妳登機門號和時間：
Here are your tickets. The gate number is on the bottom of the ticket.
They will start boarding 20 minutes before the departure time. You should report to gate C2 by then.
C2 is around the corner and down the hall. Thank you.
* 如果妳行李超重，對方會說 your luggage is overweight. 以上問題回答都是yes, no的就不寫了。
其實沒什麽好說的，無非是讓妳選餐時，妳選chicken還是beef此類的.....妳就說
Chicken please 壹切OK.
主動要水：Could I have a cup of orange juice, please
主動要毯子：May I have a blanket?
如果要找個人換座，可以說：Would it be possible to change seats with someone?
如果有人坐在妳椅子上了，可以說： I'm sorry, I think you are in my seat.
飛機廣播壹般不用聽懂，多數情況下就是遇到湍流，請系緊安全帶之類：
Please fasten your seat belt。
轉機時，先看機票上的航班號，然後從機場的航班指示屏幕上找到該航班在那個GATE登機，最後順著機場標示走到這個GATE就好，不需要說話。但特殊情況可能是，妳到了後，發現屏幕上有妳要轉的航班號，但是後面的GATE是空的，這時候妳可以向機場工作人員確認下 hello, could you tell me which gate is for the flight XXX（航班號） please， 壹般他們都會回答這個飛機delay了，或者在maintain , 需要再等待壹下。
其實入關，不用說什麽，很多時候妳就微笑下，遞給海關護照...他蓋章就讓妳進去了，下面是邏輯上可能的標準對話：
海關：where did you fly from? 或者 where have you come from?
妳：from China
(如果妳不給他護照，或者他需要別的東西會說：
May I have your passport and sth, please?)
海關：what is the purpose of your visit?
妳： Sightseeing （說travel當然也可以，但Sightseeing更地道）
海關：How long are you planning to stay?
妳：Two weeks.

公交車的話，抓旁邊的人問 Excuse me, I am going to XX , should I get off at this stop?
火車的話，Excuse me, I am going to XX , should I get off at this station?
這裏科普下，有的車廂沒有提示，廣播又很難聽懂...這時候，妳要做的是 提前了解這條路線經過那些站，以及註意牌子 ;
車減速進站時，窗外會看到壹個壹閃而過的牌子;
P.S. 再次提醒，身邊的人可能不愛理妳（因為好多人是住郊區，坐火車上下班，對沿途不關心，確實不知道是哪裏什麽的） 記著換人問！
上車告訴司機去哪裏： XXXX hotel, please. 或者拿著酒店名片/地址等，說： Take me to this address, please
讓司機打開後備箱：Could you help me open the boot?
問價格：How much is the fare (其實司機會主動告訴妳的)
小費：如果接近整數 妳高興的話，可以說 Keep the change 就好了！但也可以不給小費，司機也會耐心給妳找零，傳說他們掙的很多～
很簡單，走進大堂，找到前臺，把護照遞給他，然後說
Hi, I have a reservation and I am checking in。
* 他們可能會要妳的信用卡，凍結點錢，防止妳搞破壞，或者看付費頻道後逃跑......
然後他們就給妳鑰匙......妳去找房間就好啦。
* 這裏的壹個常見問題是問早餐幾點開始： What time do you start serving breakfast?
同樣，妳就說 I'd like to Check out, please 然後給他們鑰匙就成了！
* 如果妳有額外消費（收費節目，吃了冰箱的東西等），酒店會對妳說：
"Your credit card will be charged a total of $256.78. Can you sign on the bottom?"
"Should we charge the credit card on file or did you want to use a different card?"
然後妳簽單走人也就好了。
* 如果妳不知道幾點check out，可以提前壹天問前臺：
What time do I have to check out tomorrow?* 如果妳壹人搞不定行李，希望有人來幫忙，可以電話前臺：
Could you sent someone up for my luggage?
* 如果想寄存行李：
Is it possible to leave my luggage here until XX(時間)
因為出租車是要靠電話叫的，所以可以拜托前臺，可以說：
Hello, I am going to XXXX, Could you please call me a taxi?
也可以提前訂車：
I'd like to go to XXXXX, Could you please help me to book a taxi at 時間.
* check in後，酒店可能會問妳是否need help with your bags，需要的話...記得給小費，不想給就自己來，就說 No thanks 就好。
* 如果妳要人給妳清掃房間，可以對前臺說：Could you get someone to clean my room, please?
* 如果想去別的地方，比如市中心，可以問前臺: How do I get to city center from here? Can I take a bus or do I have to take a taxi? 或者 Do you have a map of the city ?
* 如果要前臺推薦吃飯的地方可以說: Can you recommend a good restaurant around here?
* 如果房間裏什麽東西壞了： There is something wrong with XXX.
* 隔壁太吵：It is very noisy next door.
比如麥當勞和Subway，其實...旅遊期間...有時候會覺得麥當勞挺好吃的....其英語對話也非常簡單：
麥當勞：.... welcome to McDonald's. May I take your order? ...
妳： I'll take a Big Mac and a small coke. （當然，要套餐最容易，直接說 No.7 please 就可以。）
麥當勞： One Big Mac and One small coke, Will that be all?
妳： Yes
麥當勞： Will that be for here or to go?
妳： For here please.
麥當勞： The total comes to 5歐
妳：..... 給錢.......
可樂換成別的：Can I change the coke to juice?
不加冰：No Ice, please
單詞提醒：番茄醬 Ketchup, 餐飲紙 Napkin或者tissue, 吸管 Straw
咖啡館
請先回顧下自己常喝咖啡的大體名字，Black coffe, Latte, Cappuccino，忘記發音的話，可以自行去星巴克復習～
要咖啡，可以簡單的 XXX，please 完成，也可以完整的說， Please give me a cup of XXX 完成。
進餐館時，如果有人招待，可能會問妳 Welcome to XX. Do you have a reservation?
妳可以說 No, Do you have any free tables right now? ..... 然後他會給妳帶到桌子那裏去
如果妳不滿意，比如想找個靠窗的桌子，可以說 Could we get a table by the window?
入座後，餐館先會問妳是否要個飲料，比如：
Would you like to order a drink now? / What would you like to drink.
如果妳不想花錢喝飲料，直接說 Water will be fine 或者 Can I have a glass of water? 就成！
想喝東西的話可以說 I'll take a coke, I'll have an orange juice, 或者妳可以問下 What kind of drinks do you have?等。
然後餐館給妳端來水（期間妳可以研究下菜單），會問妳是否開始點菜：
May I take your order? /. What would like to order? / Are you ready to order?
如果妳還沒想好，說 Can I have a couple more minutes? 或者說 We need a few minutes to decide.
想好了，服務生走了，可以說 waiter/waitress, may I order?
I'll take the Salisbury steak.... （不會發音， 那就指著菜單說 I'll take this，或者this one, this one的也成）
妳點好後，餐館可能會根據妳點的，推薦點別的，比如
Would you like toast, a muffin, or a cornbread? 不想要繼續 No thanks 。
...... 然後就可以等著，然後吃飯了！
吃飯期間，有些餐館可能會來人問妳：
How is everything? Is everything ok? How is your dinner? Do you need anything else?
其實...就是問妳是否還想要點別的，多賺點錢....話說回來壹開始妳也確實不用把甜點啊什麽都點了... 如果妳覺得味道還行可以說 Yes, that was a really great meal. We both loved it. 然後餐館可能會說 Is there anything else I can get you? 不要就是No thanks，要的話....就繼續take這個那個好了。
妳快吃完了，餐館可能會問妳是否來點甜點。
Would you like dessert today? / Would you like our dessert menu?
不要的話,no thanks繼續，要的話可以要個dessert menu，然後繼續take這個那個的。
如果要結賬，盯著壹個服務人員看，然後揮下手叫人過來，然後說
Can I have my check? 或者 Check, please.
想打包：
Could you please pack up these (指東西)
如果是熱門餐館，妳想訂餐：
I'd like to book a table for X people, We'll come at XXpm today。
如果是熱門餐館，妳沒有訂餐，要排隊，妳想知道多久：
how much longer do we have to wait? 或者
how many people are waiting in front of us?
如果是小餐館，進去後沒人理：
要菜單： menu, please.
等半天沒上菜： We haven't got our food yet / I placed my order 30 minutes ago
上菜給上錯了： I didn't order this.
結帳了，錢算錯了：We didn't order this / What's this 10 dollars for
要個打包袋子：Could you give me a doggie bag?
* 如果想多要個盤子什麽的：please give me one more table/knife/fork/cup等等。
* 如果妳不知道是直接給錢還是收錢的那塊給錢(這句話說的很別扭...) 可以拿了check後說 Excuse me, do we pay here or at the case register.
* 如果妳不知道餐費裏是不是包含了小費，妳可以直接問：Is the tip included in the check? 人家說No的話就掏錢吧.....
* 另外...有時候很餓又找不到餐館，問路時就是 Excuse me, could you tell me where the nearest restaurant is?

Q. 牛排或者牛肉類的生熟度如何表達？
A. 全熟不見血是 Well done，中間粉色是 Medium，再生壹點是 Medium Rare，三分熟也就是切開後壹片粉色是 Rare
Q. 蒸烤炒這些做菜方式的英文是什麽？
A. 煮(boil) 比如雞蛋； 煎(fry) 比如牛排，薯條；烤(roast) 烤箱裏的各種肉；蒸(steam) 壹般是蒸蔬菜
常見的菜單欄目分類：
Appetizers 前菜/開胃菜，有時候也叫Finger Food/Snacks/Starters
Salads (and Soups) 沙拉/湯，有時候也較Garden Fresh或者Low-fat Selections等
Sandwiches 三明治，不解釋了...我很喜歡。
Italian 意式菜，比如Pasta,Spaghetti(面條狀的那種意大利面),Pizza，如果進了家餐館發現東西貴，或者覺得不值時，點個Pizza就好，在大多數餐廳都是物美價廉，可以讓人吃飽的選擇！
Main Course 主菜，也叫Entrée，Main Dish，比如牛排Steak這類都是叫主菜。
Sides 附菜，比如說薯條Frech Fries
Seafood 海鮮啦，大家想吃海鮮大排檔等等時，就盯著大照片上有沒有Seafood這個大字哈！普通餐廳裏的seafood有時候指的是smoked salmon(熏三文魚)這種，沒有大家想像中的lobster,crab這些。
Mexican 墨西哥菜式..這個不懂了，不亂說。
Specialties 特色菜系，每家餐廳的拿手菜，價格合適的話，可以點壹個嘗嘗的！
Desserts 甜品，也叫Sweets，比如cheesecake(這個很好很好)，apple pie這些。
Beverages 非酒精類飲品，也叫Drinks, 比如Coke,Milk,各種Juice啦。
Wine and Beer 酒精類飲品，這裏面的種類就太多，隨意點吧。
boiled: 煮的
steamed：蒸的
fried：炸的
stir-fried: 炒的
roasted：烤的(在烤箱裏烤)
baked：烤的(在烤箱裏，和上面的區別是，roasted用來形容烤之前就有形狀的食品，比如雞肉，baked用來形容會變化的，比如面包)

fresh：新鮮的

creamy: 奶油的

壹般店員會問：May I help you? 或者 Can I help you find something?
我壹般就是 I'm just looking around. 呵呵，如果妳確實在找東西，比如要個小號的襯衫，那就是Yes, Do you have this shirt in a smaller size?或者 Where are your blue jeans 這類。
買鞋比較特殊，因為妳必須要售貨員給拿出來？妳要找到店員問:
Can I try this shoe on in a seven? / Can I get this in a size six? (或者妳就是想問是否能試試，那 Can I try it on? 這種就OK了)
因為國內和歐式標準不大壹樣，所以下面得話比較有用：
I don't know what my size is, can you take my measurement?
在其他類型的店裏，其實就不用說什麽話了，無非是妳在找東西時可以問下，
但句型很簡單： Where can I find xxx? / Do you sell XX here?
* 問試衣間在哪裏： Where is the fitting room? 試過後覺得不合適需要小號，I think I need a smaller size.
* 問是否能刷卡 Can I pay by credit card.
* 確認衣服是不是打折： It's on sale, right?
* 問店什麽時候開門，什麽時候關門: What time do you open in the morning? / What time do you close?
* 最後補壹個......最初學者....購物必問句: How much is it?
gloves - 手套,boots - 靴子,socks - 襪子,jeans - 仔褲,jacket - 夾克,skirt - 短裙,hat - 帽子,shoes - 鞋,belt - 皮帶,shirt - 襯衫 ,boxers - 男士短褲
問這貨多少錢：How much is it? 問是否接受信用卡：Do you accept credit card?
表達太貴： It is too expensive 如果想表達壹種磨嘰價格的感覺，則是 It is little pricey 或者說 It is out of my price range 都可以
想直接砍價：Can you give me a better deal?
想表達這價格接受不了，我再去其他店逛逛：I will shop around for a while.
換錢
Could you please exchange this into the US Dollar.
(匯率在牌子上有寫，把錢遞進去，說Hello，加上方即可)
Could you tell me where is the rest room?
(或者說 men's room ,lady's room，用wc, toilet 對方可能表示疑惑)
Excuse me, Do you know where the XXXX is?
可能回答（有很多種說法，壹路問下去即可 ... 但話說，有個東西叫Google Map，可以步行導航 ）
