任何同義詞在意思上都會各有側重，存在壹定的區別，wicked 和 sinister 也不例外。
wicked 側重於居心叵測、任意違反道德標準或有意作惡，相當於漢語的邪惡的、不道德的、惡劣的，如：
She described the shooting as a?wicked?attack. ?她稱那次槍擊為惡意襲擊。
She flew at me, shouting how?wicked?and evil I was. 她壹邊沖向我，壹邊還喊著我有多缺德多邪惡。
sinister：側重於伴隨著或造成災難或不祥的氣氛，相當於漢語的危險的、不吉祥的、?存在兇兆的、陰險的。如：
There was something cold and?sinister?about him. ?他給人壹種冷酷陰險的感覺。
There is something?sinister?at the back of that series of crimes. 在這壹系列罪行背後有險惡的陰謀。
