英語“某年某月某日某小時某分”的表達，按“at + 小時 + on + 月份 + 日期的序數詞，+年份”寫出， 年份前常用逗號。
如：
1、在2013年9月2日8點半，寫作at half past eight on September 2(nd), 2013.
2、2011年3月16日上午9:45分，用英語表達就是 9:45 AM on March 16,2011
年、月、日、時刻表達如下：
壹、表示“在某年”
1、in+阿拉伯數字
如：He is born in 1997.
他在1997年出生。
2、使用year時，year放在數詞之前。如：
in the year 221 B.C.在公元前221年。
AD 公元（拉丁文 anno domini 主的生年）

二、表示“在某月”：
in +月份名詞 （開頭第壹字母要大寫）， 如：
in January / February 在壹月，在二月
三、表示“在某月某日”
1、on + 月份+ 序數詞 或基數詞
如：National Day is on Oct. 1.

2、on + the + 序數詞+ of + 月份。
如：National Day is on the 1st of October.

四、表示在某整點
at +基數詞 （+ o'clock / sharp）
如： Our meeting will begin at five o'clock.

五、表示在幾點幾分
1、不超過半小時用“at + 分鐘 + past +小時”，表示“幾點過幾分”。
如：at enty past six.六點過二十分
2、超過半小時用“at +分鐘 + to +小時”，表示“幾點差幾分”。
如：at a quarter to elve十二點差壹刻
3、表示“半小時”用half， 表示“壹刻”用quarter。
