不知道是不是因為Hotspot Shield升級為1.14後有什麽改動， 安裝到壹半後網絡連接就開始出問題了，本地連接開始尋找IP，之後按多少次CONNECT都顯示config
State: Unable to establish connection with Hotspot Shield Server
VPN IP Address: Not Set
或State: Daemon Start Error
VPN IP Address: Not Set
Hotspot Shield依存的服務項DECP CLIENT也沒有問題（自動，開啟）
其實，真正的問題出在本地連接的應用上
解決辦法：控制面板-網絡連接-右鍵‘本地連接’-屬性-將Hotspot Shield Helper Drier前面的勾去掉，這時啟動Hotspot Shield連接就正常了。
