這兩個詞組用法不完全相同：
1. get over ：克服，越過, 翻過。例如：
They managed to get over (= overcome, get rid of )the difficulties.
We got over (= cross, get across ) the river at last.
He got over (= climbed over )the wall and entered my room.
We must get over (= go over, pass over, climb over) the mountain.
2. get through: 通過，完成, 結束，克服。例如:
They got through (= passed through, went through )the forest.
They got through (= passed, succeeded in , went through) the examination.
He got through ( = finished reading / writing )the novel yesterday.
We are sure to get through (= get over , overcome, get rid of )the difficulties.
