要是在普通英語裏
proxy有三種解釋，多用於指代人，表示壹個人作為被授權的代表，代理。
n.只可以是名詞
1. A person authorized to act for another; an agent or substitute.
2. The authority to act for another.
3. The written authorization to act in place of another.
Delegate既是動詞也是名詞，也表示被授權，但偏指向於會議的代表
