Fax Service

In that case, you will probably choose to have your own fax in your office and you can use it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our fax can also act as an overflow machine if you need to send an urgent fax whilst you are receiving a long fax or vice versa. Plus of course you can forward your faxes from your machine to reception when you are away and we can call you if you wish or forward them on to you as you are travelling.

In that case there is no need to invest in a fax line and fax machine. If you have occasional use we have a hard copy fax here where we can send and receive faxes for you. It has a security mode that stores your faxes overnight for complete confidentiality (during the day, reception is never left unattended). If you are
away, I can call and read them to you on the phone or forward them by fax.
Any faxes we send or receive for you will of course show your company identification if you wish and not that of Office Express.
Mail Service (Franking-machine)
We receive and sort your mail here and we bring it to you in the morning. However, if you do not come in and need any assistance then please call me, and I can either open it and read it to you, fax it to you send it on by post.
In the evenings I will make sure any mail you leave with me gets franked and reaches the post office the same day. In this/some centres it is possible that you can have your own company stamp put into our franking machine. It is a huge benefit having the Franking Machine if you ever do a large mailing.
Other Services
As your backup team, no task is too small or too large for us (e.g. travel arrangements, catering, translations, filing, binding, mail shots, etc). All you need to do is ask!
