武維華的主要成就

10余年來,武維華指導了近30名本科生的畢業論文實驗工作,畢業論文答辯全部獲得優秀。自1995年起,他先後指導15名碩士研究生、40余名博士研究生的學位論文工作,迄今已有13名獲碩士學位、20余名獲博士學位。已培養7名博士後(出站)。桃李滿園。武維華不僅傳授科研方法,也註重培養學生嚴謹求實的治學態度。

22?武維華主編,植物生理學,科學出版社,2003(第壹版),2008(第二版)。 自20世紀80年代中期以來,武維華主要從事植物細胞信號轉導分子機制、植物細胞跨膜離子運輸調控機制、植物高效利用養分及抗逆的生理及遺傳調控機制等方面研究,先後在跨葉綠體被膜的鉀氫交換調控及其對光合作用的調節、植物細胞G蛋白的生理調節作用機制、質膜鉀離子通道的調控機制、植物細胞第二信使的分子作用機制、植物耐低鉀/耐低磷/抗鹽/抗旱等性狀的分子遺傳及生理機制等方面取得了壹些成績,

先後有30余篇研究論文先後在“Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci.”、“Plant Physiology”、“Plant & Cell Physiology”、“Planta”、“J. Exp. Bot.”等國際學術刊物及“中國科學”、“科學通報”、“自然科學進展”、“植物學報”等國內學術刊物上發表。從事的主要研究工作有:植物細胞信號轉導分子機制(主要是研究植物細胞第二信使系統介導的信號轉導機制和離子通道調控機制);與植物(作物)抗鹽、耐低鉀、耐低磷性狀表達相關的基因克隆及基因功能研究等。主持包括由國家傑出青年科學基金、國家自然科學基金重點/面上項目、國家重點基礎研究規劃項目課題、國家轉基因作物專項、“ 863”生物技術項目、美國洛克菲勒基金會專項研究基金等資助的10余項科研項目。在國內外期刊上發表學術論文30余篇。指導博士研究生13名、碩士研究生7名、博士後2人。

***主持國家傑出青年科學基金、國家基金委優秀創新群體科學基金、國家自然科學基金重點項目和面上項目、國家攀登計劃專題、國家重點基礎研究規劃(973)課題、科技部轉基因作物產業化專項、“863”生物技術項目、教育部優秀青年教師基金項目、教育部骨幹教師團隊計劃項目、美國洛克菲勒基金會專項研究基金等多項科研項目。

主要研究方向是:(1)植物耐鹽、耐旱和磷/鉀高效等重要性狀的基因克隆和功能研究;(2)植物響應幹旱、高鹽、磷鉀營養虧缺的信號轉導和基因表達調控網絡機制。
