32 位或 64 位版本的 ：Windows Vista SP1、Windows Server 2008、Windows 7、Windows 8、、終端服務器、Windows on Windows (WOW)（允許在除 Windows Server 2003 64 位和 Windows XP 64 位外的 64 位操作系統上安裝 32 位版本的 Office 2010）。
2、office2010在硬件方面的要求為：
計算機和處理器：500 MHz 處理器
內存：256 MB
硬盤：3GB可用磁盤空間
