有壹個女孩住在Aberdeen，我們就稱她為Aberdeen吧。格斯塔夫以她的故事為素材寫了兩首歌。壹首非常悲傷，壹首是幻想的快樂。後者的歌名是Song for Aberdeen，前者是深受天朝小清新們喜愛的The New Boy。
其實這兩首沒有差別，都講了同壹個傷感的愛情故事。

有壹個很愛她的男朋友，Aberdeen也很愛他。可是這個男孩子有精神問題，喜怒無常，有暴力傾向，難以自控，生氣時經常毆打Aberdeen，但是每
次發作之後男孩都會昏過去。當男孩醒來，他就又回到了平靜的狀態，忘了打過女友，求Aberdeen原諒她。因為太愛他了，Aberdeen壹次又壹次地
原諒他，但是男孩絲毫沒有改變的跡象。Aberdeen多次想要離開男孩，可她總是做不到。
在壹次巡演裏，格斯塔夫認識了Aberdeen，聽了她和男朋友的故事，很受觸動。
於是就寫下了這兩首歌。

壹次聽到Song for Aberdeen我就被迷住了，貫穿其中那段悲傷的旋律總是讓我想要流淚。開始不知道為什麽叫Song for
Aberdeen，我想Aberdeen指的應該是個城市，因為美國華盛頓州有個叫aberdeen的鎮，是Kurt
Cobain的家鄉，英國也有有個叫Aberdeen的鎮。但是歌詞講的卻似乎是壹個愛情故事。
後來我看了Mando Diao MTV Unplugged 的全場在唱Song for Aberdeen（視頻）之前格斯塔夫簡單地講了Aberdeen是誰，Aberdeen是壹個被男朋友毆打卻無法離開他的女孩。
然後格斯又唱念了這麽幾句

知道了這個背景以後，很顯然，第壹部分是以那個男孩子的口氣說的，而第二部分則是格斯塔夫的感慨。
這首歌是以aberdeen男朋友的視角寫的

Boy就是在悲傷的現實中加入了美好的幻想。格斯在這裏把男孩子寫成了已經改過自新，回歸正常人的樣子。所以這首歌叫The New
Boy。真是令人感慨啊，這麽沈重的壹首歌，卻廣受小清新們的喜愛，甚至成了Mando
Diao在天朝最受歡迎的歌曲。歌詞已經用不著再多作註解，沒有什麽華麗的詞匯，看明白了Song for
Aberdeen的故事的朋友，自然也會聽懂這首歌。

其實我覺得The New Boy遠比song for Aberdeen要殘忍。多麽美好的壹個願望，可惜對比之下，現實太過殘忍。
可是愛真的可以戰勝壹切嗎，還是說Aberdeen有斯德哥爾摩綜合癥。亦或者Aberdeen只是分不清同情與愛。不知道Aberdeen姑娘現在，是否想明白了呢。
我被這個故事打動，更被寫下這個故事的人打動。Mando Diao必將成為經典的樂隊，格斯和比揚也必將成為偉大的歌者。因為他們熾熱的心裏，裝著整個世界。
