“備忘錄”的寫作格式

1、忘錄書端（Header）：書端是寫在備忘錄開頭的壓縮信息。情況不同，書端的格式可能不同，但是通常應采用下面這種格式。　　　Date: January 24, 2005　　To: F. Prefect　　From: A.
