隨著國民經濟的快速發展，建築結構的的大型化和復雜化對混凝土機械提出了越來越高的要求。具有眾多優點和較高經濟效益的混凝土泵車得到了普及和應用，混凝土泵車已成為當今建築施工企業必不可少的專用設備。本文首先介紹了混凝土泵車的結構和特點，重點對混凝土泵車的回旋底座和回旋機構部分進行了設計；回轉機構采用液壓馬達驅動減速器帶動回轉支承實現工作要求。
具體內容主要包括：
1．回旋支承滿足上車布料桿（含混凝土總量）的傾翻力矩的計算。
2．回轉機構、回轉液壓部分的設計,回轉支承裝置的選型與計算。
3．回旋液壓部分系統方案可行，能滿足泵車性能要求。
本設計的主要特點是：機構簡單,節省投資，控制方便。對目前國內的混凝土泵車的優化設計具有壹定的參考價值。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the national economy, concrete construction of a large and complicated machinery made of increasing demands. Has many advantages and economic benefits of high concrete pump truck has been universal and application of concrete pump truck has become essential in today's construction enterprises of special equipment. This paper introduced the first concrete pump truck on the structure and features, focusing on concrete pump truck to maneuver the base and swing body parts of the design; adopted by Rotary hydraulic motor-driven rotary bearing reducer driven to achieve the requirements.
The specific contents include:
1. Roundabout supported placing booms meet on the train (including concrete aggregate) rollover torque calculations.
2. Rotary, Rotary hydraulic part of the design, installation support the Rotary Selection and calculation.
3. Roundabout hydraulic part of the system viable programme to meet the Pump performance requirements.
The design of the main features are: simple institutions, savings investment, convenient control. The current domestic concrete pump the optimal design has a reference value.
