peel some bananas．“peel”為什麽不是v+ing的形式

1如果表示正在做某事,行為動詞action words(在這就是peel)的後面加ing.如:

She is peeling some bananas for us.

2如果沒有ing,就表示不是正在做的動作.如:

Do I need to peel the banana for you?

3"peel"本身可做名詞,表示水果和蔬菜的皮.如:

lemon peel

4.peelings也是名詞,也是水果和蔬菜的皮,但通常是表示已削下的皮.如:

Please clean up the peelings on the floor.
