Toheart，是SM Entertainment與Woollim Entertainment於2014年***同合作推出的特別企劃組合。由韓國男子演唱組合SHINee成員金基範與Infinite成員南優鉉二人組成。2014年3月10日，Toheart發行了首張專輯《Toheart》並於同日舉行了首場showcase1。同年4月7日，Toheart發行了首張單曲專輯《Tell Me Why》並以該歌曲進行音樂活動2。7月1日，Toheart參與了在香港舉行的巨蛋音樂節3。2015年，Toheart在第29屆韓國金唱片大賞榮獲了唱片部門人氣獎。憑借首張專輯《Toheart》他們也獲得金唱片大賞的提名4。
