管理者修正案
A Manager’s Amendment is a package of numerous individual amendments agreed to by both sides in advance. The managers are the majority and the minority member who manage the debate on a bill for their side.
管理者修正案是事先經當事人同意的，由為數眾多的單獨修正案組成的整套方案。管理者是管理其票據糾紛的多數（組織）成員及少數（組織）成員之組合。
