inf是infinitive的縮寫。
infinitive，中文裏有“不定式、動詞原型”兩個解釋。不定式，這個“不定”因為：英英解釋是“the uninflected form of the verb”，也就是動詞的無曲折上的變化的詞。
從單詞的構成來看，in-finite-ive，in是沒有等否定意味詞，finite限制的，ive形容詞，沒有被（人或環境）限制過的，就是說“沒有被規定過，修改過的東西，保持了物質或物種的原態或常貌”，也就是原型！
