We Are Young是美國獨立流行樂團Fun.於2011年9月發行的壹支單曲，單曲收錄在樂隊第二張錄音室專輯《Some Nights》中。此曲曾被Glee翻唱，翻唱版本首發時登上了Billboard第12位，並在itunes單曲下載榜上排行第壹。原版在Billboard Hot 100榜冠軍位置停留六周，在2012 Billboard Hot 100 Year-End中排列第三，並獲第55屆(2013)格萊美年度歌曲獎(Song Of The Year)，並獲得年度制作，最佳流行樂隊/組合提名。
簡單的說，《We Are Young》就是壹首充滿正能量和積極意義的勵誌歌曲。也難怪它常常被許多美劇拿來做配樂歌曲，它高昂的情調和戲劇化的張力，也讓這首歌曲既有豐富的聽覺震撼力，也有許多獨立樂團最為缺乏的精氣神。聽這首歌曲，就像當年聽Queen的《We Will Rock You》或者《We Are the Champions》。
《We Are Young》這首單曲由樂隊主唱Nate Ruess和他們《Some Nights》的制作人Jeff Bhasker***同創作完成。而這首作品的女聲演繹，則來自於另壹位出生於堪薩斯的黑人女歌手Janelle Monae。
歌曲的創作可以追溯到2011年2月。某日，Nate Ruess和Jeff Bhasker相約於紐約東城Bowery酒店的酒吧，商談音樂事宜。而為了這次會面，Nate Ruess已經是第三次相約，前兩次則都被Jeff Bhasker放了鴿子。而這壹次，Jeff Bhasker在和Beyonce完成工作後，終於匆匆趕來和Nate Ruess相見，但只提供了十分鐘的.會談時間。不過，Nate Ruess關於將流行和嘻哈融合的創作想法，卻很快引起了他的註意。之後，Nate Ruess將Jeff Bhasker請到了自己的客房，向他親自演示了這種想法的成果，即流行、嘻哈和電子融合的效果，而主旋律部分，甚至還有壹些Beyonce作品的線條。第二天，Jeff Bhasker就把Nate Ruess請到了他紐約的工作室。並最終完成了這首歌曲的母帶。
