商務書信的常用格式

壹、全齊頭式(Full-blocked)

 這種格式的信函各部分內容都從左邊空白處寫起,用起來方便省事,是現今常用的格式之壹。

 二、齊頭式(Blocked)

 這種格式與全齊頭式相似,只是有些內容不是從空白處寫起。結尾敬辭、信末簽名、寫信人姓名和職銜都從中間寫起。日期可以從中間起行,也可以靠右對齊。

 三、半齊頭式(semi-blocked)

 這種格式與齊頭式雷同。不同的是,半齊頭式的每個段落縮進五或十個英文字母;結尾敬辭、信末簽名、寫信人姓名和職銜從中間寫起。

  四、方齊頭式(square-blocked)

 這種格式也類似於全齊頭式。不同的.是,它的日期靠右對齊,和收信人地址在同壹行。這種格式平整見方,外觀漂亮。

 五、簡化式(simplified)

 簡化時式和全齊頭式相比,有幾個主要的區別:首先,簡化式沒有稱呼和結尾敬語,收信人姓名必須在信文內的某個地方出現。其次,事由和寫信人姓名必須大寫。最後,列表要縮進五個英文字母空位,如果加有序號就不必縮進。
