2 在飛機上要填壹個表
過關時，拿住這個表和護照，就會給妳30天的旅遊簽證。 我剛回來呀。
表分為三部分，壹個是入境表，壹個是出境表，還有壹個是健康卡，分別填好這三項，到了馬累以後，出關的時候，他們的海關人員會要這個表，審查後會在上面蓋個章，然後只把出境表給妳，出境表壹定要保存好，回來的時候要給海關的，不然就很麻煩啦。

另外還有6.Category & Last permit No 7.Permit Expiry Date 是給當地居民出境時填的
