2. Clean the bamboo leaves with water and put them into the pot. Add water and boil them until they become soft. Then take the bamboo leaves out of the pot.
3. Wash the meat and cut it into small pieces. Put them into a bowl and add white spirit, MSG, soybean sauce, and refined salt. Mix them together.
4. Form the bamboo leaves into triangular shape. First add 1/3 of the glutinous rice. Then add meat. After that, add another 2/3 of the glutinous rice. Tie the bamboo leaves with a piece of string.
5. Put the Zongzi into the pot. Add water and boil them for about 2 hours on a high fire. Then stew them for about three hours. Then it's ready to serve.
