表達負面情緒 要告訴別人自己心情不好,許多人可能會直覺想到這幾個表達法: ● I feel bad / terrible.(我感覺很糟。) ● I feel sad / upset.(我很難過。) ● I feel unhappy.(我很不快樂。) ● I feel scared.(我很害怕。) ● I feel angry.(我很生氣。) 但難過、害怕、生氣的方式有很多、程度也不太壹樣。除了這些詞匯,英文還能如何表達內心的負面情緒呢? ◎ 心碎 ● I feel hurt.(我感到很受傷。) ● I feel heartbroken.(我感到心碎。) My boyfriend made me feel terribly hurt. He's been avoiding me for no reason lately.(我男友讓我很受傷。他最近沒來由地壹直躲著我。) ◎ 心情沮喪 ● I feel depressed / frustrated / discouraged / dejected.(我感到沮喪、挫折。) ● I feel defeated.(我感到挫敗。) ● I feel worthless.(我感覺自己很沒用。) ● I feel like a failure.(我感覺自己很失敗。) A: You look down in the dumps.
