WHEREAS, BUYER and SELLER entered into this Amendment Agreement dated 13th June, 2008 (the “Agreement”)

WHEREAS, BUYER and SELLER wish to make this Amendment Agreement in order to amend the Agreement to meet the change of the business situation.
鑒於買方和賣方有意制定此修訂協議來根據行情更改協議。
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the above premises, the parties agree to amend as follows: -
所以在此，考慮到上述前提，兩方提出更改如下，
4．All other Terms and Conditions remain unchanged.
所有其他條款和條件仍舊不可更改
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties, intending to be legally bound hereby, have caused this AGREEMENT to be executed by their respective duly authorized representative as of the day and year first above written.
關於此證明，兩方將來以此為法律依據，履行雙方在合同中所負的責任，開始日期以上文第壹個提到的日期年份為準。
