Fuck（英式發音：[f?k] ，美式發音： [f?k]），與 ... 發生性關系；欺騙；利用；詛咒；鄙視；性交；性對象等意思，常用來罵人或侮辱他人。
Fucked（英式發音：[f?kt] ，美式發音： [f?kt]）發生性關系的，可恨的，用來罵人（氣憤地）。
Fuck的詞源到了今時今日已變得眾說紛紜，而且字義上是從壹開始就已經是具有冒犯性，還是從某個年代開始才是，亦不能查考，但至少於15世紀的英語文獻中已經可以看到這個詞的蹤影。雖然在英語世界具有權威地位的《牛津英語詞典》（Oxford English Dictionary）也認為Fuck的詞源已難考究，但主張此詞是源自於盎格魯-撒克遜。
例句The fuck 常用來加強語氣，類似於“到底”、“究竟”、“the heck”、“on earth” 、“the hell”、“草，靠”等，在疑問詞後。
字典的解釋很短，只有短短的5個字翻譯“與某人性交”。

Fuck me. 表示厭惡 類似“sth disgusts me” （註：據十六世紀，英國國王夏所·蘭嘉五世考證，並沒有此所法，更多英語專家學者認為此系愚人節玩笑。）
fucking 類似 the fuck ，作加強語氣，不過還可作形容詞，表示壹些不爽的事物
