我知道兩年要考過O水準考試是很困難的，但是只要我願意付出努力，沒什麽是困難的。每天比別人多讀壹個小時的英語，多練習壹小時的口語，日積月累，我相信有付出就有收獲。
I know it is quite difficult to pass Level-0 Examination with only two years' preparation, but I also know that nothing would be difficult for me as long as I work hard. I'm determined to read English one hour more than others do and to practice oral English one hour more than others do. Bit by bit, I believe that my hard work will be rewarded one day.
到了新加坡，我會改變自己，養成良好的學習和生活習慣。改掉缺點，取長補短。
After having arrived at Singapore, I will try to cultivate good habits in terms of both study and living. I will try to give up bad habits and to improve myself.

不遲到，不曠課，保持良好的出勤率。
I won't be absent in any class and I won't be late for any class either. I will keep a good attending record.

I will study hard when I am supposed to and play heartily when I should have a rest. Thus I can enjoy my life completely.

1. 課前仔細預習，將不會的地方畫起來。每天提早半小時到學校請教老師。
1. I will prepare the lesson before every class and mark things that I don't understand. And I will go to class half an hour in advance to consult the teachers every day.
2. 上課認真聽課，積極提問，努力克服語言障礙。強化自己的英語水平，多鍛煉自己的口語水平，並每天做英語習題，在短時間內提高自己。
I will pay all my attention in the class, and try to ask more questions.
I will try my best to overcome the language barrier.
I will improve the level of my English and try to do more exercises everyday so as to improve myself in a short term.
3. 課後做好復習工作，並把當天教的所有內容熟讀，該背誦的句子，詞組，單詞都熟背並默寫。
I will do the review job well after class and try to have a better grasp of the lesson that has been taught each day.
I will try to memorize all the sentences, phrases and new vocabulary that I have to.
4. 養成良好的生活習慣，不打架，不與同學產生矛盾，不吵架，遵守新加坡規章制度，不吸煙，不喝酒，不去ktv和其他不適宜去的場所。
I will try to form a sound living habit, I will neither fight others nor give space to conflicts.
I will comply with the regulations and laws in Singapore.
I will neither smoke nor drink alcohol and I won't go to KTV or other places where I am not supposed to go.
5. 不結交對自己不利的朋友，有選擇性的交朋友，不與對自己不利的學生接觸。不和社會上的不良青年接觸。
I will not make friends with those who won't do me good and I will learn to make friends selectively and get rid of those who are not well-behaved as well as those beatniks on the street.
6. 尊重老師，絕不和老師產生沖突。
I will respect the teachers and avoid coming into conflicts with the teachers.
