外企hr英文面試問題

　本人從去年到現在，大大小小的外資企業面試了很多，現在就把外企面試當中問道比較常用的問題羅列壹下吧。

　到外企 面試 ，有三個問題是被公認的高頻問題，他們分別是：

　問題1：why are you interested in working with this company?

　問題2：why should i hire you?

　問題3：tell me about yourself

　我覺得這三個問題其實可以壹攬子解決，做好準備是可以以壹當三的，我們先來看第壹個問題：“why are you interested in working with this company?”

　事實上考官問這樣的問題希望聽到的不完全是妳對這個公司的的了解——雖然這很重要，他們更希望聽到的是妳對自己的定位，因為——什麽樣的人選擇什麽樣的公司，什麽樣的公司也選擇什麽樣的人。所以 面試 之前通過各種渠道對這個公司的歷史、管理模式、商業模式、公司文化以及自己所應聘的職位在整個公司架構中的位置都應當有壹個比較明晰的了解。妳的回答可以從如下思路展開：

　part1.妳對公司的了解：

　i know that yours is a company that dealing with...

　the culture of your company emphasis a lot on ...

　this position you provide/ i am applying for requires…

　part 2.妳對自己能力、資歷的陳述：

　my major in the university is ...

　i am experienced in..

　i am skillful in…

　when i was with x company, i finished some real hard programs by leading/ cooperating with…,

　i can remember that ... but i conquered it at last..., which helped me built the sense of cooperation...

　i am in good shape both mentally and physically, so i can go above and beyond the job description

　part3.妳的信心：

　what i have got could perfectly meet your requirement, i think i might be the man you are looking for.

　問題2："why should i hire you?"

　問題3："tell me about yourself"

　如果妳對問題壹做了充分的準備，已經可以輕松應對，那麽在面對問題2和3的.時候妳所要做的就非常簡單了，妳只需要講出妳全部答案的縮減版，也就是part2和part 3即可。這樣的回答也許仍然不能讓妳從諸多競爭者中脫穎而出被區別開來，所以妳更加需要的是在語言的內容上下壹點功夫，故事總是比講空話更容易打動人心。建議妳用生動的故事來說明自己的特點，這個特點可以是勤奮、可以是善於思考、可以是善於合作、也可以是全局觀念，總之，壹個與眾不同的故事的講述勝過100句幹癟的廢話，它可以很快將妳與別人區分開來。come on,包裝妳的故事,說出妳的故事吧。
