滿意回答： D這句屬於強調句。在shows後面的那個賓語是這個強調句，格式是it is ...that .... 題目就是 it was the drug that killed him two years ago. 如果去掉 it is ...that 的話，這個句子的結果仍是完整的，就是壹個強調句，例如 the drug killed him two years ago.
整句的意思是 病歷卡顯示，是這種藥物而不是這個病，在兩年前奪走他的生命的。

其實這題根本屬於強調句型而不屬於定語從句。如果答案是A的話，則這是壹個非限制性定語從句。沒有它照理句子成立，但實際上，沒有了它，主句中的it不知道是什麽，而這個not the disease 是壹個插入語。
有些老師，用別人的題之前，自己都沒有做過，想過！
另壹個出處是：定語從句專項練習之第10題，分類盡管不好，但答案卻是對的。也不知道是誰在先，誰改的答案：
