1.If Party B require to terminate the contract unilaterally, salary of Party A before he/she is dismissed must be paid.If Party A require to terminate te contract unilaterally, his/her reason to resign must be expressed and gets approval from Part B.

2.The power of interpretation of this contract is owned by both sides mutually. As soon as emergency happened, the problem could be solved through negotiation of both sides. In case the negotiation failed, lawsuit could be instituted.

3.Every one of Party A and Party B owns one of this contract. It is valid since signed, and has legal effect.
