Gala，壹支北京英式樂隊，由蘇朵（主唱）、王子（吉他）、木木（貝司）三個80年代生人組成，成立於2004年1月2日，從磨合到《Young For You》的錄制完畢僅用半年時間。vocal: 蘇朵_suddoo .guitar: 王子_wangzi .bass: 木木_M。
Gala錄這張唱片的時候沒有鼓手，是只有主唱、吉他手、貝司手的樂隊，我們在唱片中所聽到的鼓是由吉他手和貝司手兩個二把刀鼓手兼任所打，打得並不穩，但走向抓得很穩，如果能有壹個訓練有素的鼓手，他們的想法壹定會實現得更到位。而換用DIY的標準界定，這張唱片對於他們已經是壹個很好的開始了，既不乏大量出色的旋律，也不乏恰如其分的野心，有沒有鼓手不是問題，重要的是壹張唱片可以體現多少想法？表現多少駕禦音樂的能力和素質？畢竟我們鼓勵DIY唱片並不代表我們就鼓勵所有想做音樂的人都憑著壹腔熱情去玩音樂，從而濫化了整個環境，做音樂的人和想做音樂的人之間還是有很大的區別的，而《Young For You》，無論是聰明頑劣的旋律，還是毛手毛腳的鼓點，相信它都屬於值得期待和鼓勵的前者。開玩笑地想：甚至認為他們在擁有了技術全面的鼓手以後，也該時不時地嘗試壹下現在這種毛手毛腳的風格——不失技術含金量的毛手毛腳。
